MAC's Crushed Metallic Pigment.

It was love at first swatch with this product.  I have never used a better shadow.  It is nicely pigmented and has the perfect amount of shimmer.  This was a great first impression for MAC products.  I have never tried their products until yesterday.  I would even say I love these pigments more than NARS and Lancome shadow. I never, ever thought I would say that.  This product lasts all day even without the use of a primer.  It comnes in two sets, Summer Stash and Surf The Ocean.  Summer Stash would be considered more "wearable" by most people.  I will often use wearble in quotes because I think all  shadows are wearable. It just depends on your application and preference.  Summer Stash has a very pale pink, a pigment best described as a light gold/beige color, a dark brown and violet.  Surf The Ocean has a silver pigment, a pale sea foam green, shimmery navy blue and a true gold pigment.  I wore the lightest color and dark brown from Summer Stash yesterday, and my mom actually said it put my NARS Kalahari Due to shame, and made my eyes stand out much more. Which I always want to accomplish in any look.  The Crushed Metallic Pigments are $32.50 and come with 4 shades.  Since they are pigmented, they should last a long time.  Pictures do these colors no justice.

Summer Stash-the lightest colors.  These appear much darker in photos than they really are.

Summer Stash; dark brown and purple.
