Collective Drugstore and Ulta Haul

7:36 AM

The best birthday gift a girl could ask for is an Ulta gift card. And cash. Cash is always good. I went to a couple of different drugstores, Ulta, and Target to check out some new things. I will start out with Ulta since the bag is right beside me and I don't feel like getting up right now. As you probably already know, my mom and I have a full time job that consists of taking care of my grandmother. We have been trying to get her out of the house more, which has been great, but also exhausting. The three of us haven't been shopping together in such a long time, so this outing was very special to all of us. Here is what we got.

  • Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Palette. I have gone back and forth about getting this. I finally just caved because it looks amazing.

  • Too Faced Melted Chocolate in Chocolate Cherries because the palette needed a friend.
  • Tarte Tarteist Lip Paint in Lovespell. I am just on a mission to try as many liquid lipsticks as possible.

  • Tarte Tarteist Lip Crayon in Magic Wand and Lip Pain in Lovespell. I knew I wanted to try one of each, but I wasn't sure which combination. I walked over to the display and automatically went to these shades. I am wearing them today and I am glad I picked these two. They are an interesting combination of pink, red, and berry.

  • Leaders 7 Wonders Sheet Mask because I have become a sheet mask hoarder. I'm not sorry.

  • Real Techniques Eyes Starter Brush Set. I have wanted this set for ages and I finally bought it. So far I really like it.

  • Real Techniques Makeup Sponge because mine will need to be replaced soon. I love this as much, if not more, than the beauty blender.

  • Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Pink Velvet for my grandma
  • China Glaze Nail Polish. I don't remember the name, but in About Layin' Out. Also for my grandma.

  • Urban Decay 24/7 Lip Liner in Native for my mom
  • Urban Decay Naked Lip Gloss in Lovechild for my mom

  • Tarte's Opening Act Lash Primer for my mom

Up next is Target. Some of the Wet n Wild stuff I had to order online and use the pick up in store option. I had to go to a different Target than normal, and I am glad I did. This one was a lot less chaotic and the cosmetics section was on point.

  • Wet n Wild Color Ombre Blushes. All three, of course. The shades are Mai Tai Buy You a Drink, In a Purple Haze, and The Princess Daiquiris.

  • Wet n Wild Perfect Pair Ombre Lip Duos in Pretty Pocket Pair and Sisters in Charms.

  • Kiss Acrylic Set

  • Trim Nail File that looks like it should be able to literally everything.

Now for the drugstores. These products came from CVS and Walgreens.

  • Wet n Wild Color Icon Blushes in Rose Champagne and Pearlescent Pink

  • Wet n Wild Illumi-Naiughty Highlighting and Concealing Pen in I-Vory Into You.

  • Wet n Wild Universal Brow Kit

  • Wet n Wild Brow Mascara

  • Wet n Wild Coming in Latte Eyeshadow Palette

  • E.L.F. Contouring Palette

  • Wet n Wild Illuminating Palette

  • Garnier Curl Stretch Loosening Pudding and Curl Renew Reactivating Milk Spray

  • Maybelline Baby Lips Balm Ball

  • Kiss Trio Lashes. This is a new variety that looks much bolder and they are a more intense black.

  • Beauty 360 Sheet Masks

  1. I love the Real Techniques sponge! I even did a separate review about it on my blog. I've never tried the actual Beauty Blender to be able to compare it though. I got the same Trim nail file as part of a Christmas present and included it in my January Favorites, it's been such a life changer! Those Wet n Wild products look promising, can't wait for some reviews! :) Hope you had a great birthday and glad to hear you enjoyed your time out with family! :)

    1. It is awesome! I wish I would have discovered it before the beauty blender. It is just as good, if not better. Okay, good. That makes me happy. I have never been much of a nail person, but I have gotten into it recently. I need to start reviewing them soon. I am so behind right now. Ugh. Lol. Thank you so much!

    2. Oh, don't worry about rushing with the reviews. I usually test products I haul for two-three months before I get around to posting my thoughts. And yes, if you haven't been much of a nail person before I definitely think that file will make things much easier :)
